What is a Homebuyer Report?

The RICS Homebuyer Report is presented as a standard document, identifying what the Surveyor considers to be the most important issues, by applying condition ratings to elements of the building, the services and any garages or permanet outbuilding. Advice is given on whether the defects observed are serious or urgent, allowing an informed decision to be considered in the purchase of a property.
A bound copy of the report and a seperate paper copy are provided for you and your legal advisors; an electronic PDF version of the report can be emailed if requested.
